A Scrum Master role in Fort Worth, TX 76118 is currently available at Belcan. We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our exciting team with focus on Aerospace and Defense Products. To be considered for this role, you will need 3 years of experience as a scrum master, project manager, or a related role. Domain experience in Product Cyber Security is preferred.
Job duties:
� Facilitate Agile Scrum activities with cross-functional teams.
� Guide teams in engagement of Agile Scrum practices to achieve completion goals, cross-training, and pro-active communication for each Sprint.
� Optimize scrum team velocity to identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance.
� Support Product Owner activities including backlog refinement, prioritization, schedule monitor and control, and quality execution of technical processes.
� Support technical managers and other leaders to communicate delivery of work product from the team and escalate key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness.
Qualifications:
� Bachelor of Science degree in aerospace engineering, software engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related degree from an accredited institution.
� 3+ years of experience as a scrum master, project manager, or a related role is required.
� Demonstrated knowledge of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
� Experience with agile planning and development tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Rally).
� Experience implementing Agile in an organization.
� Experience leading or championing change in an organization.
� Experience with programming language or scripting language is a plus.
� Regulatory experience preferred: ARP-4754, DO-178B/C, Mil Standards
� Ability to deal with ambiguity, to be adaptable, to work across multi-discipline teams, and to drive results.
� Due to the nature of the work performed, U.S. Citizenship is a requirement
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $75,000 to $110,000. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
