Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
- Manage the Scrum process with the coordination of Scrum team in Agile methodology.
- Plan and lead all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint retrospectives, and reviews.
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.
- Help the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization.
- Manage project scope to ensure delivery of the project within the agreed timeline.
- Utilize Azure DevOps to track work, manage backlog, and promote transparency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Ensure the DoD (Definition of Done) is being followed.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve the methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in the Tech Services industry.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is required.
- In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing large scale projects with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Extensive experience with Azure DevOps and Azure.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts & facilitate decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
