Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years' experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams, or high school diploma with 6 years of experience
- Proficiency in facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, team empowerment, and transparency
- Proven track record in coaching and mentoring agile teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for driving change
- 1+ Agile certifications: CSM, CSP, PSM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple agile teams and coordinating with PMO
- Proficient with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Organize and facilitate scrum events
- Coordinate planning with other teams
- Promote agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and visibility
- Empower teams to make commitments through story selection and task definition
- Provide training on process topics.
- Track and report agile metrics (e.g. burndown charts, velocity)
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to enhance agile practices
- Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation
- Coach teams to higher maturity levels and self-organization
- Represent the team in scrum of scrum meetings
- Facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution
- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency
- Support and educate the Product Owner and BA in grooming and maintaining the backlog
- Provide support to the team using a servant leadership style
