Responsible for motivating teams to achieve a high level of efficiency and predictability through coaching, planning, and metrics reporting
Assess the agile maturity of the team to focus efforts for continuous improvement
Remove organizational impediments as well as guiding the team on how to resolve impediments independently
Build a trusting and safe environment where issues can be raised and addressed with an emphasis on problem-solving and collaboration
Facilitating task commitment and completion
Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution
Assist the team with internal and external communication
Support and educate the Product Owner on roadmap planning, backlog maintenance, and scrum ceremonies
Hold the team accountable to the agile product delivery framework and enforce agile processes
Coach team on how to collaborate effectively with other teams, stakeholders, and other areas of the organization
Provide support to the team using a servant leadership style, and leading by example
Ensure stakeholders and subject matter experts are engaged and expectations have been set regarding their involvement and participation
Ability to coach and mentor teams on Agile practices
Ability to think critically and assess the needs of the organization to adapt and apply agile practices to projects and teams
Exceptional communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
Excellent listening, problem solving, management, and analytical skills
