Job Description
Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies, coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies such as: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Identify and report progress via appropriate metrics, assisting program leadership in the successful and timely delivery of all deliverables by monitoring and managing the backlog of work
Must have:
- 4+ years' experience with Agile lifecycle and coordination of Scrums and other processes
- Experience with use of tools used in agile / scrum programs, such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience with development and maintenance of documentation, artifacts, and reports on sprints, epics, and milestones
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree
- Scrum Master certification
- Experience in other roles in software and data lifecycle
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
