- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Social, engaging and naturally collaborative with the ability to be a servant leader, organizing and motivating the squad without the use of authority
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring confidence in conflict resolution and the ability to tailor own style to the audience
- Knowledge of the Agile methodology and the benefits to Agile product delivery
- Experience in a Project Delivery orientated and/or Scrum Master Role or evidence of similar skills \ experience
- Previous knowledge/experience of working with Agile delivery methodologies and a Scrum framework
- Experience with agile project management and collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Miro)
- Strong stakeholder management
- Financial awareness of delivering change in commercial environment
