- Experience: 5+ Years
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Client interaction
- Run effective standups
- Basic PM skills (ex: stories don't run over)
- Drive to milestones
- Offshore experience helpful (good handshakes, confirmed actions & follow-up)
- Manage with RAID log
- Understand sense of urgency / execution
