About the Job
The duties and responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
- To manage end-to-end Remote Work Abroad process. Work closely with local/global stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. First point of contact for all RWA related matters.
- To manage Contingent Workers which include new onboard/renewal/termination. Be able to liase with stakeholders at all levels to solve issues.
- Responsible for the identification, planning and reengineering of key HR Operations processes to improve on efficiency, quality, increase productivity and improve cycle time that results in good employee experience.
- Coordinate automation projects and support development within the HR Operations department by applying process improvement methodologies and toolkits.
- To be responsible on leave management and able to manage leave system vendor effectively.
- To provide support in various HR Ops transformation projects, collaborate with different People Team functions when required.
- Act as a backup for Workday super user and be able to lean in to assist on Workday related enquiries when required.
- Performs other duties as assigned
