POSITIONS SUMMARY:
The Audit and Analysis Accountant is responsible for assisting with the daily audit function including all resort points of sale: discounts, refunds and products. This position will also produce reports to be used in analyzing the business. This position is a full-time winter seasonal position, from approximately November-March.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete daily point of sale revenue reports.
- Audit transactions from all resort points of sale: discounts, refunds and products.
- Reconcile clearing and other accounts and research discrepancies.
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Help develop new reports that provide insights into business trends.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational and computer skills with specific proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to learn and follow detailed operating procedures.
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to converse comfortably and clearly with many different people. Handle all communications in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to help where needed.
- Comfortable with math and basic calculations.
- High school degree or GED required.
