Position Summary:
We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Representative responsible for building relationships with business customers to achieve sales goals.
The teammate in this role will combine the responsibilities of an inside salesperson, while also developing relationships with key decision makers in organizations of all types and sizes thus increasing sales and growing the customer base. Looking for a candidate who is driven to take an active role in the sales success of this team.
Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions):
* Manage inbound/outbound sales calls and establish customer rapport. Identify customers’ needs, make appropriate recommendations, and close the sale.
* Works in partnership with Sales Coordinators to manage volume and expedite the sales process.
* Provide telephone and Email support to new and existing customers in order to build relationships, leading to repeat business and increased sales.
* Demonstrate expertise in presenting product features and benefits and maximize the revenue of
* each sale by up-selling/cross-selling.
* Maintain sales records and prepares sales and activity reports as required. Uses Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool (Admin) according to established procedures.
* Maintain a high degree of accuracy when processing orders, reporting corrections, submitting order change requests, etc.
* Report on Sales for key accounts as needed.
* Respond to inquiries regarding order status, order changes, returns, billing, shipping charges, etc. in an efficient and professional manner.
* Work on Special projects as needed & directed by Corporate Sales Operations Manager.
Skills and Abilities:
* Two or more years of sales, with a track record of proven performance
* Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment.
* Ability to handle, prioritize and execute on multiple simultaneous tasks.
* Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* History of exceptional relationship building skills
* History of being self-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic
* Excellent knowledge of sales performance metrics
* Demonstrates proactive problem solving and follow-through skills.
* High attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or an Associate’s degree with relevant sales experience.
