Responsibilities:

• Handle a large volume of customer inquiries exclusively through email, related to seasonal products such as Christmas lights, artificial trees, and other decorations.
• Review, compose, and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
• This role involves no phone communication; all correspondence is conducted via email.
• Strong grammar and punctuation skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications:

• Proficient typing and computer skills are required.
• Must demonstrate excellent grammar, with a focus on accurate spelling.
• A customer-centric attitude, with the ability to adapt communication style to various customer needs.
• Capable of multitasking, setting priorities, and managing time efficiently.

Additional Information:

• Compensation: $20/hr
• Work Location: 100% in office in Eden Prairie, MN
• Position Type: Temporary, from Now to mid-January

Work Schedule:

• Regular Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Mandatory In-Office Days: Must be available to work the following Friday and Saturday shifts, with eligibility for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 in a week:
  • Friday, November 29th (Black Friday)
  • Saturday, November 30th
  • Saturday, December 7th

Holiday Schedule:

• Days Off:
  • Thanksgiving - Thursday, November 28th
  • Monday, December 23rd
  • Christmas Eve - Tuesday, December 24th
  • Christmas Day - Wednesday, December 25th
  • New Year's Eve - Tuesday, December 31st
  • New Year's Day - Wednesday, January 1st
