Responsibilities:
- Handle a large volume of customer inquiries exclusively through email, related to seasonal products such as Christmas lights, artificial trees, and other decorations.
- Review, compose, and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
- This role involves no phone communication; all correspondence is conducted via email.
- Strong grammar and punctuation skills are essential for this position.
Qualifications:
- Proficient typing and computer skills are required.
- Must demonstrate excellent grammar, with a focus on accurate spelling.
- A customer-centric attitude, with the ability to adapt communication style to various customer needs.
- Capable of multitasking, setting priorities, and managing time efficiently.
Additional Information:
- Compensation: $20/hr
- Work Location: 100% in office in Eden Prairie, MN
- Position Type: Temporary, from Now to mid-January
Work Schedule:
- Regular Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Mandatory In-Office Days: Must be available to work the following Friday and Saturday shifts, with eligibility for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 in a week:
- Friday, November 29th (Black Friday)
- Saturday, November 30th
- Saturday, December 7th
Holiday Schedule:
- Days Off:
- Thanksgiving - Thursday, November 28th
- Monday, December 23rd
- Christmas Eve - Tuesday, December 24th
- Christmas Day - Wednesday, December 25th
- New Year's Eve - Tuesday, December 31st
- New Year's Day - Wednesday, January 1st
