About the Job
Adecco is currently seeking two energetic individuals to join our team as Onsite Supervisors to support our customer, one location in Fort Mill & one in Rock Hill, SC.
**Applicants must be bilingual Spanish/English**

The Onsite Supervisors will partner with the Onsite Manager to provide exceptional customer service to clients, candidates, and associates while promoting the company brand and company culture.
Hours and Pay Rate: Sunday – Thursday (some Fridays), 8:00pm-5am, $25.00/hr.
**This is a seasonal, full-time, overnight position**
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Builds and maintains relationships with associates via regular contact to increase wellness at work, retention and employability.
Develops relationships with clients and business leaders to foster business growth and understand the unique needs of each department.
Provide associates with feedback, coaching, conflict management and counseling on job performance to ensure strong performance and help them develop and meet their professional goals.
Serves as candidate advocate with clients.
Conduct floor walks with a focus on employee engagement and safety & compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bilingual in Spanish is required.
Previous experience in people management.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly.
Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service.
Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations.
Knowledge of current workplace safety best practices.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
Strong problem solving & decision-making skills.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
