Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused phone representative to join our team and support our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls with a high level of professionalism and efficiency. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, and a strong commitment to customer service. This position is a temporary and will be assisting voters and poll workers throughout the Primary and General Election for 2024.Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information while serving the public under a multi-line phone system.
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately capture voter and poll worker information and update records.
- Analyze customer needs and provide personalized solutions to meet those needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring the public's satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette, ensuring all calls are handled in a friendly and courteous manner while maintain confidentiality.
- Work effectively in a call center environment, meeting productivity and quality standards determined by our client.
- Comfortable working with minimum direction and as a team player while providing detail and solution orientation and ability to apply critical thinking to assist voters and resolve issues.
Skills:
- Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- English language required Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Experience in customer support and a strong background in customer service.
- Familiarity with call center operations and a willingness to work in an office setting.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently with data entry software.
- Strong commitment to customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Special Requirements:
- Must be a registered voter in Florida
- Possession of a valid Florida Driver License
- Overtime is required
Physical Requirements:
- Able to sit for 5-8 hours daily
- Lifting items for 25 lbs or less on occasion
