We are currently seeking a Seasonal Returns Coordinator to join our team!
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Returns Coordinator I is responsible for ensuring timely inspection and processing of all LFI's returned products.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION (Other duties may be assigned.):
- Process and inspect returned products making independent judgments on whether to allow a warranty claim.
- Facilitate refunds, credits, and warranty declines.
- Communicates with Customer Service and Credit teams to resolve issues regarding customer returns.
- Able to communicate product returns issues to the LFI Quality Team.
- Must have a high attention to detail and work at a motivated pace to meet quality and performance requirements.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor, including supporting other DC operations when lack of work exists in Returns or as demand requires.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous experience working in a footwear and/or customer service environment preferred.
- Must be dependable and team oriented.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years' experience in a distribution or customer service position required.
- Excellent computer skills including experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with an ERP and/or WMS preferred but not required.
- The employee frequently is required to use arms, hands, and fingers to handle, feel or reach.
- The sensory requirements for this position include vision, hearing, and touching.
- Frequently lifting, standing, bending, and walking up to 8 hours a day on a concrete floor.
- Must be able to lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds on a consistent basis.
- Must be willing to conduct oneself in accordance with LFI's Core Values.
ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Majority of work time is spent in a general warehouse environment. Occasionally work in distribution and factory settings.
REPORTING: This position reports directly to: Post Purchase Manager
