POSITION SUMMARY:
We seek a detail-oriented and patient individual to join our team as our Seasonal Part-time Property Inspector. You’ll be our ideal candidate if you excel in a stable and structured work environment, focusing on producing high-quality, precise work and enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid position.
Your role will involve handling tasks methodically and consistently, adhering to our established standards and procedures. Each day, you’ll visit our properties to inspect each space and note any preventative maintenance jobs that need to be attended to, as well as minor or major repairs. You’ll also ensure the home is adequately stocked and staged to receive the next guests. Your ability to take clear and concise notes and reports for our management team will also be necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Commute to and from properties.
- Perform inspections for cleaning and maintenance issues.
- Perform minor maintenance repairs.
- Report large maintenance issues.
- Assist in staging properties for guest and owner arrivals.
- Restock and manage property inventory.
- Deliver needed items to guests on request.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Detail-oriented and extremely thorough
- Able to use company apps.
- Organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work a part-time schedule up to 15 hours a week,
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $20.00 per hour based on experience and achievement
