Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
Client Transition Management:
- Work with our team to develop a comprehensive plan for transitioning your book of business to a younger sales agent. This involves maintaining strong relationships with your clients to ensure they receive continued exceptional service.
Consultancy and Mentorship:
- Depending on your level of involvement—Consultant, Delegator, or Totally Done—you will provide guidance and mentorship to the adopting agent, sharing your expertise and insights to help them succeed.
License and Database Management:
- Ensure the upkeep and renewal of a valid real estate license in compliance with state regulations. Support the maintenance and organization of the client database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Effective Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication with current clients and potential prospects, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information. Ensure a smooth transition for your clients by introducing them to the adopting agent and ensuring their needs are met.
Guidance and Support:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to new agents, assisting them in adapting to company practices and industry standards. Your wealth of experience will be invaluable in helping them grow and succeed.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Real Estate Sales History:
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the real estate industry
- A well-established database of current and former clients
- A proven track record of completing at least 12 transactions annually over the past 3 years
- Helpful Certifications and Designations:
- SRES - Senior Real Estate Specialist Certification: Demonstrates expertise in assisting clients aged 50 and above
- CRS - Certified Residential Specialist: Indicates advanced training and extensive experience in residential real estate
- ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative: Signifies specialized training in representing buyers in real estate transactions
