About the Role:

As a Second Shift Supervisor, you will ensure our warehouse operates smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You'll oversee and support our hardworking team of selectors and loaders, help develop new productivity-boosting processes, and drive our commitment to customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Train, support, and motivate team members to meet and exceed productivity goals.
• Safety & Compliance: Promote a safe work environment and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor selector and loader activities, check in returning drivers, and assist in inventory counts to maintain efficient operations.
• Process: Innovate and implement new processes to improve warehouse productivity and organization.

What You Bring:

• Education & Experience: A high school diploma or GED is required, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to handle up to 45 lbs repeatedly and occasionally lift kegs weighing up to 165 lbs.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse tools, including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, wrapping machinery, and electronic handheld devices.
