Job Description: Remote - Must be local Vacaville CA / Contract to Hire

REQUIRED SKILLS: Pricing

Pricing and Rate Management
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and internal data to determine appropriate loan pricing and profitability for various loan product lines.
Develop and maintain pricing models for various loan products including commercial, home loans and consumer loans.
Survey, analyze, and recommend daily interest rate changes to all products based on market and risk conditions.

Secondary Market Operations
Assist in the sale of mortgage loans, ensuring best execution in the secondary market.
Execute portfolio pricing structure and perform analytics to ensure best execution of loan sales with minimal hedging risk.

Risk Management and Compliance
Assist in analyzing and managing interest rate and credit risk for all loan types related to maintaining loans in portfolio and selling loans into the secondary market.
Monitor compliance with secondary agency policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Participate in investor reporting requirements and annual updates.

Market Analysis and Reporting
Conduct regular surveys of competitor pricing and market expectations.
Prepare reports on loan sales, profitability, and pricing trends for senior management and committees.


Ability to pass Background and Drug Screen if Required by Client.
