This position currently reports to Senior Food & Beverage Manager, Resorts.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for Sr Managers, Resort Operations Food & Beverage and Merchandise and 3 Resort Operations Culinary
Directors. Daily responsibilities will include:
+ Proactive calendar management
+ Coupa service entries
+ Supply ordering
+ Completing expense reports
+ Managing invoices
+ Think ahead about little things that can turn into big problems, like building in time to get to/from meetings at our sprawling offices
+ Schedule conference rooms, meetings and video chats via Teams
+ Be ready to throw the entire schedule out the door when an emergency comes up, then pick it up again when the dust settles
Basic Qualifications
+ Sharp written and verbal communication skills, including clean grammar
+ Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines/deliverables
+ Strong proficiency with computers, phones and office equipment
+ Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite especially Power Point and Excel
+ A calm head and steady hand to deal with the unexpected
+ Knowledge of Coupa, SharePoint , Microsoft Teams and Concur
+ Reliability handling confidential information
+ Desire to truly be helpful to your leaders and co-workers, to go the extra mile without being asked, to build solid inter and intrateam relationships
+ Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Positive outlook and a can-do attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Clerical or support role and/or equivalent experience
Required Education
+ High school diploma and/or equivalent experience
