SUMMARY: Secretary III reports to the Director of Technology. Responsible for complex secretarial tasks involving the performance of office management duties and secretarial duties for a director.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform the directors'secretarial duties, including relieving the administrator of routine operational duties, secretarial duties for meetings, preparing and routing purchase orders, and in-district requisitions.
- Perform secretarial tasks in accordance with standard district practices.
- Perform secretarial and related duties in a conscientious, safe manner.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the directors.

- Graduation from a general or technical high school.
- At least four years of secretarial and office experience preferred within the district, or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets and etc.) and typing skill levels.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Year: 12 months
Salary: Secretary III Range on the District Clerical Salary Schedule
