About the Job
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process and track vouchers/purchase requisitions. Answer phones, create documents in Word and Excel. Provide administrative support to the clinical and residential program staff.
Preparation of check request forms, MetroCard and petty cash forms, delivery and retrieval of HPD correspondence, maintenance of filing, maintaining logs of all staff trainings and acquired certificates, maintaining critical folder containing important facility documents, ordering maintenance and office supplies as well as maintaining the inventories, light traveling in the NYC area, general office duties and covering the front desk area when needed. Provide emergency first aid/CPR assistance when needed. Related duties as assigned.
HOURS:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week
- Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or GED required. Basic computer literacy required. Ability to pass fire safety certificate test. Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
*Vaccination preferred but not required.
