Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and follow up on all incoming phone calls
• Proactive outreach to expand our client base
• Generating quotes and handling invoicing
• Utilize basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite to streamline administrative tasks

• Capable of handling sensitive information with discretion and tact
• Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment with minimal supervision
• Quick to grasp and implement new technologies
• Legally eligible to work in the USA
• Able to pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation
• Sharp research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word

 Experience and Education Required:

• High School Diploma

Compensation depends on experience and could always be negotiable after a performance evaluation on your third month.
