Secretary/Technician, Per Diem, OMC - Atlantic Health System

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Secretary/Technician for the Cardio Admin department at Overlook Medical Center to work evenings and weekends.





+ Schedule patients for cardiovascular testing, and registration.



+ Will efficiently coordinate the flow of patients, physicians and staff in a fast-paced patient care setting.



+ Will be focused and flexible, willing to pitch in as needed and assist with patient care and transportation as needed to meet the patient and department needs.



+ Must be flexible to adjust hours to meet the needs of the department.



+ Must be proficient at coordination and organization of administrative duties to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of patient flow.



+ Must promote the Atlantic Health System PRIDE Values.
































Requirments:



+ Exceptional communication, organizational and customer service skills



Minimum Education:



+ High School Diploma or equivalent required



Relevant Experience:



+ Prior administrative and/or patient care experience in health care is preferred


+ Registration experience is a plus
