About the Job
We are looking for a Securities Operations Specialist II to join our Trust & Custody PCS team! In this role, you’ll perform a broad range of operational tasks for complex securities or cash related transactions or processes that require extensive knowledge of unit functions and systems.
What You'll Do:
- Differentiating, processing and balancing transactions
- Researching inquires and resolving customer complaints
- Reviewing time critical and/or complex documents
- Crafting or revising departmental procedures
- Coordinating situations involving multiple departments
- Providing back-up for other desks
- Day-to-day processing
- Risk management and compliance
- Maintenance and set up
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant experience (experience in customer service, operations, financial services, or business processing preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel for effective data navigation and analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Adaptability / flexibility
- Ability to multi-task
- SEI Trust 3000 experience a plus
Location & Work Environment
We are hiring for our Minneapolis, MN office location. This role offers in-office hybrid work (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek).
