At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important, so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in We're growing our team here in Fort Worth, Texas:

Compensation: $24.00 / HR
Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:00 pm (ON CALL)

About the job:

• Account Manager overseeing 15-30 officers 
• Responsible for security service delivery and leadership of the officers assigned to your site
• Previous supervisor experience in a related field required; prior military, police preferred
• Oversees scheduling and compliance.
• Will receive detailed training on the job duties 

Your background:

• MUST have a valid DL and pass MVR
• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
•  Dispatch, Military, Law Enforcement experience preferred
• You have a state license if required.
• Must be effective at coaching and teaching officers and holding personnel accountable to GardaWorld and client standards.
• Must have previous experience issuing corrective action
• Effective communication skills (email, phone, in person). Ability to de-escalate situations with residents and customers while meeting overall security requirements.
