Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, plus an afterhours/weekend on call rotation. Applicants hired into this position can work remotely from most states. This will be discussed during the interview process. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Epic Security Analystto:
- Be responsible for account creations, modifications, provisioning, deprovisioning, and auditing.
- Knowledge of user provisioning models and best practices, role based provisioning, and credentialed billing and non-billing provider maintenance.
- Ability to configure, modify, test, implement, and support Epic software related to User Security and Provider (SER) record management.
- Provide support to end users and make process improvements through auditing and quality assurance initiatives.

Education:
Minimum – Associate Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (2 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below)
Preferred – Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field
Work Experience:
- Minimum – Demonstrated success using Epic, other electronic health record management.
- Demonstrated proficiency using analytical tools and skills.
- Demonstrated success with the development of workflows and documentation related to Epic Security
Preferred – Three years relevant work experience and Software experience: Epic or other electronic health record management
Licenses and Certifications:
Preferred –Epic Certification in Security, Provider Badge, or other application modules including but not limited to EpicCare, EpicLink, Prelude, or Cadence
