Job Title: Security Director - Law Enforcement or Military Experience with Security Background

Location: Chicago, IL

Salary: $85,000

General Job Functions:

• Act as a client liaison to ensure security needs are met.
• Oversee scheduling and payroll for security personnel.
• Manage security operations in both corporate office and field environments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits.
• Train and supervise security staff.

Qualifications:

• Experience in law enforcement or military with a security background.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
