- JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for most routine maintenance work within the hospital or other hospital facilities. Assumes responsibility for the coordination of security and oversight of the facilities during scheduled work hours. Performs other duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager. All employees in this position must maintain an active driver's license at all times and, at least, the minimum auto insurance requirements from the state of Indiana. Employees must abide by the qualifications of the signed MHP Driving Agreement at all times.

- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- License(s) or Certification(s)
- Required to obtain at least a basic level of training and certification for healthcare security and safety officer through the International Association for Healthcare Security & Safety (IAHSS) or any security certification deemed equivalent by the Director of Security Services. Must have valid driver's license, current insurance, and acceptable driving record.

- General knowledge of building maintenance experience
