Wednesday-Sunday 8pm-4am BUT you must be flexible with hours!
$20.00 PER HOUR
Position Summary:
The Security Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of an assigned security guard team to ensure the safety and security of post location and perimeter. From exhibiting professionalism and tact when responding to escalated situations to providing mentorship and guidance in support of the security team, the Security Field Supervisor works in conjunction with HR and Operations teams to foster best practices that are compliant with federal/state regulations and respectful of our company policies and protocols.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Supervises security guard team to ensure adherence to company procedures, protocol and best practices are being adhered to
- Performs regular spot-checks to posts to ensure that security guards on post assignment are performing the required tasks and functions, providing assistance when needed
- Responds swiftly to breach alerts reported by security guard staff on duty per applicable methods
- Oversees the company scheduling platform to confirm "clock-ins/clock-outs" are being completed for each scheduled shift per company protocol
- Responds to escalated situation alerts from security guard team with professionalism and expediency according to company protocol
- Mentors and supports security guard team in their efforts to meet contractual obligations and exceed client expectations
- Follows procedures for fire prevention, property patrol, and incident reporting
- Adheres to all Company service and operating standards
- Additional tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- 2 years of security experience
- Valid CT Driver's license
- CT Guard license
