Description:AFO is looking for a Full-time Security Officer to work in Reston VA. This position requires current TS/SCI or current TS with the ability to obtain a SCI endorsed clearance. The schedule is Monday thru Friday 0600-1400.

Responsibilities:- Required to understand and operate the access control system.
- Required to authenticate Common Access Cards.
- Make CAC badges.
- Meets and escorts DTRA site visitors as needed.
- Assists visitors with contacting their government points of contact.
- May be asked required to provide directions to visitors.
- Communicates clearly orally with visitors as required.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- May be required to move between facility buildings.
- Must be able to function in all types of weather environments.
- Always be alert and situationally awareness while on duty.
- Perform all necessary physical duties without assistance.
- Must be able to take general direction, both oral and written.
- High School diploma (or Equivalent).
- One year of general work experience, dealing with the public.
- Must have a TS/SCI with Eligibility Clearance.
