Green Rose was established in 2021 and is a vertically integrated cannabis company with dispensary, craft grower, transportation and infuser licenses. 

Responsibilities included but not limited to: 

• Maintain a safe and inclusive atmosphere within the dispensary
• Assess all safety protocols and help develop any necessary measures
• Understand Dispensary flow and assist customers with entering and exiting
• Be aware of all surroundings
• Assist the front desk when busy
• Able to work events 

Position Qualifications: 

• 5 years experience in security

• Consistent and constant communication on all levels 

• Accountability at all levels and for others 

• Balanced decision making 

• Intuitive critical thinking 

• Practical and pro-active actions/thinking 

• Attention to detail, organized lead in all workspaces 

Position Job Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED required 

• Must be able to pass a background check 

• Must be 21 years of age 

• Must possess a valid license or state ID 

• Must remain compliant with all city and state regulations and requirements for working in the industry 

• Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time 
• Retired Cops and Veterans encouraged to apply!

• Willingness to be flexible – Travel is at times necessary; therefore, travel is required for retail management
