JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to walk long distances, indoor and outdoor
- Telephone and in person customer service skills- Position is primarily located at front desk of console lobby with some exterior patrol required
- Computer literacy required
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
- Respond quickly to critical situations
- Ability to read and write detailed reports
- Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to maintain a valid non-commissioned security license through the state of Texas
- At least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
- Ability to pass a 10 year background check
- Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- Pass an extensive screening process
- Security, Military, Law Enforcement Experience Preferred but not required
