The successful candidate must possess an active TS/SCI clearance, with solid familiarity in SAP (Special Access Program) requirements and expertise in using the JADE (Joint Access Database Environment) system.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide in-person, written, or VTC briefings to senior officers on theater operations, planning issues, and exercises.
Serve as the primary liaison between national-level agencies, the Department of Defense, military branches, Combatant Commands, and intelligence agencies.
Conduct specialized training for PACAF STO-cleared personnel on system-specific operations.
Evaluate SAP capabilities regularly for OPLAN integration, delivering briefings on technical and operational aspects of special access programs to command leadership and external agencies.
Act as the focal point for STO-related activities, managing documentation and ensuring mission changes, technology updates, and impacts on special access programs are well-coordinated.
Monitor and review staff inputs, while working with external organizations to plan efforts, resolve cross-functional issues, exchange insights, and improve organizational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance.
Minimum 3 years of experience working within a MAJCOM or higher-level command staff (strongly preferred).
In-depth knowledge and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in SCIF management.
Exceptional communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
A self-starter with strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of working effectively with customers and team environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments while managing multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Significant experience in Special Access Programs.
STO planning experience.
