Shop 60+ big brands at The Outlets at San Clemente in a stunning, Spanish-style village overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Southern California. Orange County's first and only coastal outlet shopping experience, conveniently situated between Los Angeles and San Diego.
The Outlets at San Clemente is currently hiring Security Officers who will take initiative and ensure a safe and positive shopping experience for our employees and shoppers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional manner.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all security operations, policies, and procedures.
- Perform all duties according to OSHA-established health and safety standards.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with store managers and employees in the center on an ongoing basis to enhance security.
- Be attentive to any potential risks or threats.
- Patrol the assigned areas to provide a safe shopping experience for patrons.
- Be collaborative and work together with other departments, as necessary.
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
- Perform special projects or other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area preferred.
- CPR ceritifcation not required but preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
- Valid Guard Card (per State requirements).
