At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important, so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in We're growing our team here in Irving, Texas:
Compensation: $19.00 / HR
Shift: Variable shifts available
About the job:
- Responsible for security service delivery and leadership of the officers assigned to your shift
- Prior military, police exp. required
- Oversees constant vehicle patrols and will operate the company vehicle to oversee guard services. Carefully screen for safe driving.
- Will oversee a very large area and will need to have familiarization with geography and neighborhoods. A good sense of direction and map familiarization are ideal.
- Will receive detailed training on the job duties (1-2 weeks)
Your background:
- MUST have a valid DL and pass MVR
- You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
- MUST have Military, Law Enforcement experience
- You have a state license if required.
- Must be effective at coaching and teaching officers and holding personnel accountable to GardaWorld and client standards.
- Must have previous experience issuing corrective action
- Effective communication skills (email, phone, in person). Ability to de-escalate situations with residents and customers while meeting overall security requirements.
