A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A SECURITY SALES SUPERVISOR
As a Security Sales Supervisor, you possess an entreprenuerial spirit and are eager to lead the growth and success of a well-established company that is looking to expand in the Southern Utah region. You are responsible for driving business growth by owning all aspects of the sales funnel from lead generating to closing. You will have a company vehicle to operate during the day time, and will be expected to balance both in-person client engagements with phone calls and email communication.
The role comes with a base salary with benefits, with considerable upside of compensation as you grow our customer base.
Success in this success requires strong organizational skills, time-management, energy, and a positive attitude.
You will report directly to the Manager of Business Development and President of the company, with considerable opportunity for career growth and advancement as you are able to grow business within the region.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SALES AND SECURITY SUPERVISOR
(2-3 years minimum) Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the security services industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours and handle urgent calls
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing a business
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
