Now Hiring Security Site Supervisor to work in Kendall, FL!

As an Security Site Supervisor, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more. TheSecurity Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Pay Rate: $16/per hour

Location: Kendall, FL

Full Time: Monday- Friday (3:00pm- 11:00pm)

*Must have (No Exceptions):

• Active driver’s license
• Valid Florida Security License D License
• 2+ Years Security Supervisor experience

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21+ years of age
• Customer Services skills
• Able to Drive Golf Cart
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Fire alarm control panel requirements

• Required, ability to use computer or tablet

• Required, comfortable working outdoors in all elements of the weather for the entire shift.

• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Securty Supervise the day-to-day security operations of an assigned client site.

• Manage a team of security officers, site and/or shift supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development, and support.

• Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.

• Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both clients and employees.

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.

• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

• Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner; must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.

• Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.

• Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.

• Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites.

• Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
