Experience in diagnosing, repairing, programming, installing, and commissioning video, intrusion and access control type systems. 

A good base knowledge of networks and electronic systems.

Reads basic blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to determine installation procedures; Interprets manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Proficiency in operating various test equipment including but not limited to, utility software applications, network testers, and multi-meters.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred Experience video and access control security systems.

Team driven individual in a dynamic work environment, self-driven to perform even without outside direction.

Experienced Installing and Troubleshooting IP Video Surveillance and Access Control Systems

Fundamental Knowledge of LAN/WAN Architecture

Ability to Follow Low Voltage Installation Best Practices

Ability to Work in Unusual and Sometimes Difficult Positions (e.g., Climbing Ladders and Scaffolding, Crawl Spaces, High-Reach Lift Equipment)

Must Have Valid Driver’s License

Must Have High School Diploma
