Summary:
Assists with special projects for assigned areas or functions.
Responsibilities:
Assists with identifying, securing, and coordinating the resources necessary for project success.Assists with various hospital projects as assigned. Coordinates efforts with leaders and/or hospital staff in order to complete and manage ongoing projects. Acts as a resource person and coordinator for projectsCoordinates logistics for ongoing projects.Manages project implementation to achieve project goals while controlling resources, risks, conflicts, timelines and costs.Performs administrative support duties specific to the Department Leader member being supported, may include special projects, such as data entry or analysis , MOR preparation.

Must be proficient in Microsoft applications. Required Work Experience: 3 years clerical experience with a large department or number of departments.
