Job Title: Security Systems Technician
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot security systems including video, access control, and intrusion systems.
- Conduct site assessments to determine security needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on system operation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Document service calls and maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Experience in security systems installation and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
