Job Title: Security Systems Technician

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot security systems including video, access control, and intrusion systems.
• Conduct site assessments to determine security needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on system operation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Document service calls and maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Experience in security systems installation and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
