Position: Multifamily Apartment Community Housekeeper

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and community spaces
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of vacant apartments in preparation for new residents
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies and equipment properly
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and address any concerns promptly

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift and move objects up to 25 lbs
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
