Seeking an ASSURANCE MANAGER - Gpac

One of my best CPA firms is adding an ASSURANCE MANAGER to their team!  You will lead and execute audit and attest engagements, including managing client relationships, providing advanced specialized support, and identifying opportunities to expand services. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and develop team members. As an Assurance Manager you will have the opportunity to be a trusted business advisor to middle-market companies!

Qualifications

• Auditing: 6-8 years
• CPA

Assurance Manager responsibilities will be to:

• Manage financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, and special projects.
• Identify accounting, financial statement, and reporting issues based on the relevant professional and technical guidance.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements based upon knowledge gained relative to the client’s operations, processes, and business objectives.
• Assist the staff through counsel, guidance, and coaching.
• Evaluate performance on client engagements and improve internal processes where necessary.
• Demonstrate excellent team skills, a positive attitude, and high ethical standards.

• The position requires related experience working in external relationship management

• Self-driven individual, ability to work with minimal direction
