🔨 Salary:
- Base Salary: $40,000 - $60,000
- Bonus Structure: $20,000 - $40,000
🔨 Position Overview:
United Trades of America is a labor contractor focused on skilled trades within the construction industry. We supplement a client's core staff with our quality skilled tradesmen on an as-needed basis. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager for a Roofing Restoration Company. This role requires hands-on leadership, driving sales team performance, and creating KPIs to meet revenue goals.
🔨 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a sales team of 6 to 10 sales representatives
- Develop and implement KPIs for sales personnel
- Conduct one-on-one meetings to provide coaching and performance feedback
- Participate in field activities with sales personnel
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment
🔨 Requirements:
- Proven sales and team management experience
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in the roofing or construction industry preferred
- Willingness to undergo drug and background screening
