Seeking VDC Superintendent (Austin, TX) - Perpetual Labor Sourcing LLC

**Position:** VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) Superintendent

**Location:** Samsung Plant, Austin, Texas

**Pay Rate:** $55-$60 per hour based on experience

**Hours:** 50+ hours per week

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead Revit model production.
- Coordinate project teams.
- Perform Quality Control on BIM models and drawings.
- Manage Navisworks Clash Detection.
- Prepare 3D drawings and 4D scheduling models.
- Maintain BIM files and documents.
- Develop team personnel and work on-site.

**Qualifications:**

- 5+ years in BIM/3D modeling.
- Experience with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
- Strong communication skills.
- Preferred: Bachelor's in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
