Location: This is an onsite role at our GP HQ in downtown Atlanta, GA. While GP offers some remote work flexibility, there is a need for multiple days/weekly in-office presence for this role given the importance of fostering relationships and collaborating with individuals across the company.
Georgia-Pacific LLC is one of the world's leading makers of tissue, pulp, packaging, building products and related chemicals. What You Will Do
- Collaborate on a daily basis across Channel, Market, and Segment business teams.
- Utilize analytic tools to complete analysis and assess customer opportunities relative to the business vision and price strategy.
- Collaborate with cross functional partners including sales, category, customers and business leadership.
- Support annual business plan development process, ensuring plans meet business objectives, are logical and achievable.
- Challenge priorities and identify incremental value creation opportunities.
- Advance our Principles-Based Management® culture by applying and reinforcing the company's Core Values and Principles.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Analytical thinker with attention to detail: You have experience sourcing large volumes of data from multiple sources, performing analysis and developing a point of view
- Flexible: You have experience prioritizing work in a dynamic environment, embracing change and meeting deadlines
- Contribution/Collaboration mindset: You seek to build working relationships and partner with others to bridge gaps and solve problems
- Confident Communicator: You are able to coordinate information across multiple teams and you engage effectively in multiple formats - you are comfortable being seen and heard
- Systems and Tools savvy: You have experience with Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365; (Outlook, Teams, Word, SharePoint) and an intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel
What Will Put You Ahead
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field of study
- B2B Sales/Support experience and/or Consumer Products industry knowledge
- Pricing and/or Revenue Management or Analytics experience
- Advanced quantitative analysis experience via MS Excel (i.e. financial modeling, forecasting, graphs, charts, pivots, macros)
- Experience with data analysis/visualization tools: Power BI, Qlik
