Primary Job Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Maintain accurate records within agency management system and electronic files. Create basic Excel spreadsheets/Word documents for clients/internal staff use. Process policy change requests. Responsible for timely endorsement follow-up, as well as billing. Issue new and renewal Certificates of Insurance and Automobile ID Cards. Follow-up with insurance carriers for cancellations and other payment issues. Assist team with renewal/new business process from account preparation through binding. Manage receipt and distribution of policies. Practice outstanding verbal and written communication with clients and insurance carrier representatives that is professional, confident, clear, and concise.
Requirements: College Graduate. Licensed Property & Casualty Producer (can be obtained upon hire). Minimum of 1 year insurance experience. AMS360 experience preferred but not required. Proficient with MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Team-oriented with ability to lead when necessary and take direction well. Good written and oral communication skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Confidence in business and social settings. Organized, efficient, and detail oriented.
