Self-Directed Services

This service allows individuals with developmental disabilities to have control over the supports and services they receive. The individual works closely with a broker of their choice to manage funds allocated by the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). The broker provides training and support to help the individual gain the skills and competencies required to hire and supervise staff.
