JOB DESCRIPTION:
Evenflow Solutions has a client in Dallas that is looking for several Self-Pay Medical Collectors to join their team.
Qualifications

• Ideal Collector will have at least 1 year of experience in a Medical Collections and Accounts Receivable in a healthcare setting
• Attendance and Punctuality are crucial
• Must be able to retain and learn a large amount of information in order to be successful in position
• EPIC experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with outstanding Medical Bills in order to collect payments or place on a payment plan
• Meet productivity standards on productivity
• Both incoming and outgoing automated call
• Thoroughly work all accounts in daily worklist
• Complete meaningful, results oriented collection activities on all accounts in assigned inventory
• Follow all HIPPA Guidelines
