Description:
Create and maintain product-specific recipes for AOI systems.
Classify images for defect type and severity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize AOI processes.
Analyze and interpret large datasets to improve inspection accuracy.
Develop and implement machine learning algorithms for defect detection.
Maintain and update AOI software interfaces, including Klarity.
Manipulate .gds/design files using Klayout or similar software.
Ensure high attention to detail in all aspects of AOI system maintenance.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Klarity or other AOI software interfaces.
Hands-on experience with manual image classification.
Strong understanding of semiconductor processing and concepts.
Experience working with large datasets.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Previous experience in a semiconductor wafer fab environment.
Proficiency in Klayout or other .gds/design file manipulation software.
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and their applications.
Knowledge of advanced AOI techniques and technologies.
