About the Role: The Account Executive is a field-based, direct sales role focused on client retention and growth through contract expansion and new product introductions.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with C-level executives to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for contract expansion and new product offerings.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 3+ years of direct sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
